Carl and Richard talk to Micheal Learned about the new ALM features coming in Visual Studio 11.


Micheal Learned is a Senior Premier Field Engineer & Visual Studio ALM Ranger working for Microsoft. Micheal travels around the world and work’s with many of Microsoft’s largest customers, and helps their developers in various capacities with .NET, Visual Studio, and Team Foundation Server. Currently Micheal is working on the next version of the Rangers Branching and Merging guidance, which can be found on Codeplex. Micheal has 2 children, 10 year old Nicholas and 6 year old Katelyn, and enjoys watching sports and spending time with his friends and family when not working. Micheal lives in a very small town in central Illinois, and also spends recreational time remodeling his barn into an “IT Man Cave”, which includes a 25 foot wide HD Projection screen, fully equipped with Kinect.
