Fred Chong is an architect with the Microsoft Architecture Strategy Team. His current interests is in architecture patterns and solutions for delivering software as services. Fred is a frequent speaker and writer on the topics of software as a service, identity and service management. Previously, he has designed and implemented security protocols and user features for various Microsoft products and customer solutions. Fred has also conducted research at the IBM T.J.
